Weight: It's been a while since I weight myself, I'm too terrified to do it before I've been on a good path for at least 2 months. I'm guessing anywhere between 140-150.

Goal: 1#135 2#130 3#125. Feeling good in my skin, get rid of the muffin top, gain more flexibility, daily exercise, and above everything build self confidence!

Plan: I really want to get into hot yoga again, I did before for two months and lost 7 kg (15lbs). I know a lot was water weight but it felt great. Other than that a lot of at home work outs. I think I'll start an ACV (apple cider vinegar) cleanse again, it helps a lot with weight loss, cravings, and increases energy. I definitely want to try and blog my food intake, water intake, workouts as much as possible, it'll keep me on track. Hopefully I'll get to meet a lot of you and share more ideas, and learn new things. It doesn't matter to me where you are in your weight loss journey, I'll support all of you! :*

Hi! I'm always terrified to check the scale myself. I really dislike it because I'm scared of the scale rejecting me haha...
We just need to eat smaller meals throughout the day. Lots of protein and veggies work wonders. I personally take out all rice, breads, pastas, and cereals. I eat oatmeal though and fruits in the morning. I use to throw in a protein bar, but those are expensive, so I'll just have fruit. How does the ACV cleanse work? I'm trying to fight cravings. It is so hard getting back into eating healthy and shredding again. I stopped for 10 weeks because of the stress from school. I lighten the load this term, so I should be on track for Winter classes.
